This year's Mission Serve Trip is scheduled for June 16 through June 22! This year's participants will be traveling to Savannah, GA to help with several small construction projects. There will be a Silent Auction Fundraiser on May 4 to raise money for  the trip.

Vacation Bible School dates have been set for June 2-6!! The theme this year is Roar! Life is wild. God is good. Preparations have already begun. A VBS training workshop is scheduled for Saturday, April 6 from 8:30 AM -12:30 PM  at Mt. Zion Baptist in Alexandria. 

 

 
 
 You’re invited to our Easter Extravaganza, The Great Surprise, on Saturday, April 13 from 2:00 –4:00 PM. At The Great Surprise, kids and their families will experience hands-on fun with a variety of activities. Through these WOW experiences, everyone discovers the amazing surprise that JESUS is alive!

Diamond Set will meet for a covered dish luncheon in the HBC fellowship hall on Tuesday, April 2 at 11:30 AM. Ms. Sonja Adams will be sharing her Alaskan Cruise pictures
 
 

 

We will meet Easter Sunday at 6:00 AM at the 2nd overlook on Scenic Drive (Cheaha Mountain) for our Sunrise Service with breakfast following at HBC. There will be no Sunday School that morning. Instead we will have an early 8:30 AM service. The traditional service will be at 10:00 AM as usual. There will be no evening service that night. Please invite your friends and join us for one (or more) of these wonderful worship opportunities!

The 3rd Annual Around the Clock Bible Reading Marathon is scheduled for April 28—May 2. It will kick off with prayer at 5:30 PM on Sunday, April 28 at Ross Park. The Bible reading will begin at 6:00 PM and will go around the clock until 11:30 AM on May 2.  At noon on May 2, everyone will meet at the Cleburne County Courthouse for the National Day of Prayer gathering.
